Grant of License
TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC (“Developer”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Google Meet for Bitrix24 application (“Application”) solely for your internal business purposes within the Bitrix24 platform.
Description of the Application
The Application integrates Bitrix24 with Google Calendar and Google Meet: it creates meetings from deals, leads and smart processes (via a booking field, button, tab or automation robot), invites attendees, and writes post-meeting data to the card — duration, attendees and, when available on the host's Google Workspace plan, recording and transcript. It includes an optional meeting-tracking pipeline.
Requirements and Third-Party Accounts
- A valid Google account connected by the meeting host is required; recording and transcript require a compatible Google Workspace plan.
- Use of Google Calendar and Google Meet is subject to Google's terms and policies.
- The Application subscription is processed via Stripe, with a trial period and cancellation at any time (access remains until the end of the paid period).
Use Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or rent any part of the Application;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application, except as expressly permitted by law;
- Use the Application for unlawful purposes, to record meetings without legally required consents, or in violation of Bitrix24's or Google's terms.
Data and Privacy
Data handling is described in the Application's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. In short: authorization tokens and technical meeting records are stored for the minimum time necessary; post-meeting data is written to your Bitrix24 and remains under your control; Google data follows Google's Limited Use policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Google or Bitrix24 APIs, nor the availability of recording/transcript features, which depend on the host's Google Workspace plan.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, missed meetings, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
