Grant of License
TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC (“Developer”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the CEP Lookup for Bitrix24 application (“Application”) solely for your internal business purposes within the Bitrix24 platform. This license does not include the right to sublicense, assign, or transfer the Application to any third party.
Description of the Application
The Application integrates with your Bitrix24 CRM to query the public Brazilian postal code database through the ViaCEP and BrasilAPI services. When a contact or company record with the CEP field filled in is saved, or when the “Busca CEP” toolbar button is used, the Application retrieves public address data — street, district, city, state, region, area code, and IBGE/GIA/SIAFI codes — and automatically populates the corresponding fields in the Bitrix24 record, including custom fields created by the Application itself upon installation.
Free Trial and Subscription
The Application offers a free trial period of seven (7) days from installation. After this period, continued use requires a paid monthly subscription, processed by Stripe, at the price published on the Application's page. The subscription is charged per Bitrix24 portal and may be cancelled at any time, remaining active until the end of the period already paid. The Developer may adjust the price upon reasonable prior notice, applicable only to future billing periods.
Use Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or rent any part of the Application;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application, except as expressly permitted by law;
- Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Bitrix24's Terms of Service;
- Use the Application in a way that unduly burdens the ViaCEP or BrasilAPI infrastructure, circumvent the Application's query limits, or violate those services' terms of use.
Data and Privacy
The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data about end users. It only processes the CEP number provided and retrieves public address data from the Brazilian postal database. For subscription purposes, the Developer stores only technical Bitrix24 portal identifiers and billing status, as detailed in the Application's Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Address data is obtained from public databases maintained by third parties, is provided for informational purposes only, and may not reflect the most current status of the queried CEP. The Developer does not guarantee the continuous availability of the public APIs used.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
