Grant of License
TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC (“Developer”) grants you a free, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the TLJ Locker for Bitrix24 application (“Application”) solely for your internal business purposes within the Bitrix24 platform. This license does not include the right to sublicense, assign, or transfer the Application to any third party.
The Application is provided free of charge. The Developer may, at any time and upon prior notice, introduce paid plans for new features, with no retroactive charge for prior use.
Description of the Application
The Application lets you define work schedules per collaborator and displays a block screen on Bitrix24 pages when access occurs outside the schedule. Optionally, it logs out-of-schedule access and sends notices and internal summaries through the portal chat.
Technical Limits You Should Know
The Application operates within the limits that the Bitrix24 platform grants to third-party applications. Before installing, please understand the following:
- The block screen works in the Bitrix24 web interface. The Bitrix24 mobile app does not allow blocking by third-party applications and is not reached by the screen.
- The Application does not prevent direct Bitrix24 API calls made by other integrations or by anyone holding their own credentials.
- By design, if the service becomes unavailable nobody is blocked. The lock never prevents work because of a failure on our side.
- Portal administrators are not blocked by default. This option can be changed in the settings.
- The Application is not a time-clock tool and does not replace working-time records for labor law purposes.
Your Responsibilities
- Define schedules and blocking rules in a manner consistent with employment contracts and applicable law.
- Inform your collaborators in advance about the access restriction and, if enabled, about out-of-schedule access logging.
- Keep at least one administrator with unrestricted access, so that portal management remains possible.
- Ensure that use of the Application does not prevent your organization from meeting legal, contractual, or security obligations.
Use Restrictions
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
- Do not resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the Application to third parties.
- Do not use the Application for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to circumvent technical, security, or usage limits of the Application or the Bitrix24 platform.
Data and Privacy
Data processing by the Application is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. With respect to your collaborators' data, you act as Controller and the Developer as Processor.
Availability and Support
The Application is offered free of charge, with no service level agreement (SLA) or guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Support is provided in good faith, at contato@tlj.net.br, on business days. The Developer may change, suspend, or discontinue the Application, in whole or in part, upon reasonable notice through the contact channels.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, continuous availability, or freedom from errors. The Developer does not warrant that the access restriction will be effective in every scenario, device, or Bitrix24 access channel.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the Application, including from improper blocking or from a failure to block. Because the Application is free of charge, any liability is limited, in all cases, to the amount you actually paid for the Application, which is zero.
Term and Termination
This Agreement remains in force while the Application is installed on your portal. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Application, which ends the processing and retention of your portal's data. The Developer may terminate it in the event of a breach of these terms.
Intellectual Property
The Application, its code, interface, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC. No intellectual property rights are transferred by this Agreement. Bitrix24 is a trademark of its respective owners, with no ownership relationship to the Developer.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The parties elect the courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil to settle any disputes, waiving any other forum, however privileged.
