License
TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC (“Developer”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the TLJ Tracking application (“Application”) solely for your internal business purposes within the Bitrix24 platform. This license does not include the right to sublicense, assign, or transfer the Application to any third party.
Subscription and Payment
- The Application is offered as a monthly subscription of US$ 65 per Bitrix24 account, with no lead limit.
- New installations include a free trial period, shown on the subscription screen.
- Billing is processed by Stripe and renews automatically each month until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time, which stops the next renewal; access remains until the end of the period already paid for.
- If a payment is declined, access to paid features may be suspended until it is resolved.
Acceptable Use
- You are responsible for having a legal basis to process the lead data the Application carries into your CRM.
- You may not use the Application for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited messages, or in any way that violates Meta's or Bitrix24's policies.
- You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
WhatsApp Trackable Links
- Trackable links are generated by you and point to the WhatsApp number you provide. It is your responsibility to use them only in your own ads and channels.
- To identify the source, the Application reads the opening messages of Open Channel conversations linked to records in your CRM. By enabling the feature you authorise that reading, limited to that purpose.
- The Application does not send messages and does not interact with your customers on WhatsApp.
- Attribution depends on the customer sending the message the link suggests, with the code, without deleting it. When the code does not arrive, the conversation is left without a source — the Application does not invent attribution.
Third-Party Accounts
The Application depends on your Meta and Bitrix24 accounts and on the permissions you grant to them. Changes, suspensions or limits imposed by those services — including API usage limits — may affect the Application and are outside the Developer's control.
Availability and Support
The Developer makes reasonable efforts to keep the Application available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Support is provided in Portuguese and English at contato@tlj.net.br.
Intellectual Property
The Application, its brand, code and documentation remain the exclusive property of TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC. The data created in your CRM remains yours.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Spend and cost-per-lead metrics are reproduced as reported by Meta and are meant for monitoring; they do not replace the platform's official reports.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of leads, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
Term and Termination
This Agreement remains in force while the Application is installed. You may end it by uninstalling the Application. The Developer may end it in case of breach of these terms or non-payment.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
