License
TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC (“Developer”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Zelo Dev application (“Application”) solely for your internal business purposes within the Bitrix24 platform. This license does not include the right to sublicense, assign, or transfer the Application to any third party.
Subscription and Usage Limits
- The Application is licensed per Bitrix24 account. The price, payment method and term are those stated at the time of purchase or in the commercial proposal entered into with the Developer.
- Access may have a term. Once the term ends, or in case of non-payment, the Application becomes unavailable in the account until it is resolved.
- There is a daily limit of conversation messages per account, to ensure fair use of the artificial intelligence service.
Creations in Your CRM
- The Application creates pipelines, smart processes, stages and fields in your account only after a user reviews the plan and confirms execution.
- It is your responsibility to review the plan before confirming and to decide who, in your account, may use the Application.
- The undo option deletes the items created in that run and is available for 90 days. Items that have since received records or been changed may not be removed, and data entered in them may be lost on deletion.
- What can be created depends on your Bitrix24 plan and on the permissions granted to the Application. Automations and robots are not created: the Application describes the steps for you to build them.
Artificial Intelligence
The questions and plans presented in the conversation are produced by an artificial intelligence model and may contain errors or not exactly match what you asked for. The plan is a proposal: the decision to run it is yours.
Acceptable Use
- You may not use the Application for unlawful purposes or in any way that violates Bitrix24's policies.
- You may not automate the sending of messages to the conversation or attempt to circumvent the usage limits.
- You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
Third-Party Accounts
The Application depends on your Bitrix24 account, on the plan you hold there and on the permissions granted at installation. Changes, suspensions or limits imposed by Bitrix24 — including API usage limits — may affect the Application and are outside the Developer's control.
Availability and Support
The Developer makes reasonable efforts to keep the Application available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Support is provided in Portuguese at contato@tlj.net.br.
Intellectual Property
The Application, its brand, code and documentation remain the exclusive property of TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC. The structures created in your CRM remain yours.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including that the proposed structure is suitable for your business process.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
Term and Termination
This Agreement remains in force while the Application is installed. You may end it by uninstalling the Application. The Developer may end it in case of breach of these terms or non-payment.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
