License
TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC (“Developer”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Cockpit AI application (“Application”) solely for your internal business purposes within the Bitrix24 platform. This license does not include the right to sublicense, assign, or transfer the Application to any third party.
Drivers and Subscription
- The Application is made up of drivers (Atlas, Pulso, Zelo, Lumi, Mira and Mike), licensed per Bitrix24 account. Each driver is enabled separately and may have its own term.
- The drivers contracted, the price, the payment method and the term are those set out in the commercial proposal or agreement entered into with the Developer.
- Drivers that are not contracted, or whose term has ended, become unavailable in the account. The configuration is preserved in case they are enabled again.
- In case of non-payment, access to the drivers may be suspended until it is resolved.
- Some drivers may be available only in part of the accounts during their launch period.
Actions That Change Your CRM
- The Application can merge records, fix and delete data and fields, create pipelines, processes, stages and fields, reassign deals and send messages. Those actions are triggered by users of your account or by automations you configured.
- It is your responsibility to define who may operate each driver and to review plans and lists before confirming an action.
- Some actions, such as merging records or deleting fields, cannot be undone by the Application. Where an undo option exists, it is available for a limited time and may not revert everything.
- We recommend keeping your Bitrix24 backup routines in place before running bulk actions.
Artificial Intelligence
Summaries, forecasts, priorities, ratings and driver answers are produced with the support of artificial intelligence models and statistical calculations over your CRM data. They are decision support: they may contain errors or inaccuracies and do not replace checking the data or the judgment of whoever decides. Sales forecasts are not a guarantee of results.
Acceptable Use
- You are responsible for having a legal basis to process the CRM data the Application handles, including that of your customers and collaborators.
- It is your responsibility to inform your collaborators about the tracking of activities, targets and performance carried out by the Application.
- You may not use the Application for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited messages, or in any way that violates Bitrix24's policies.
- You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
Third-Party Accounts
The Application depends on your Bitrix24 account, on the plan you hold there and on the permissions granted at installation. Changes, suspensions or limits imposed by Bitrix24 — including API usage limits — may affect the Application and are outside the Developer's control.
Availability and Support
The Developer makes reasonable efforts to keep the Application available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Support is provided in Portuguese at contato@tlj.net.br and through the help channel inside the Application.
Intellectual Property
The Application, its brand, code and documentation remain the exclusive property of TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC. Your CRM data and the structures created in it remain yours.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. The figures shown are calculated from what is recorded in your Bitrix24 and depend on the quality and completeness of that record.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, decisions made on the basis of the Application's information, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
Term and Termination
This Agreement remains in force while the Application is installed. You may end it by uninstalling the Application. The Developer may end it in case of breach of these terms or non-payment.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
